- Sheena Le Cornu14.06.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered flowers via easy flowers.....hilltop blooms and florist & gifts got allocated the job.....the request was to deliver mid afternoon to an office which closed at 5pm. At 5.45pm I received a phone call their driver claiming that they were so busy they could not deliver as requested. The phone call they made to the recipient totally ruined a delivery which was supposed to be a surprise. When they eventually delivered the flowers late the following afternoon (obviously not in any hurry to fix their mistake) the flower arrangement was pathetic.... Would never use Easy flowers or hilltop blooms florist and gift baskets !!!!! Disgusting customer service and a VERY ordinary ARRANGEMENT
